Modern Band is a school-based music program created by Little Kids Rock that utilizes popular music as its central canon. Styles that are studied include rock, pop, reggae, hip-hop, rhythm & blues, electronic dance music, and other contemporary styles as they emerge. At West University Elementary, we hope to create an after school program in the coming years to give our students access to a creative outlet rich in music making and creativity!
