Black History Program Letter to Parents
Dear Parents,
We are getting ready and eagerly awaiting our up coming Black History Program: Celebrating Contributions and Accomplishments, which is about a month away! We hope you are able to join us on February 22, 2018! Our Second Graders will present selections of song, dance, and theatre. With many important upcoming practice and performance dates, please make sure that your child is at school on time so that we can begin all activities promptly. Additionally, practicing your child’s lines and songs with them at home will help our students be more successful. Please see the important information below regarding your child’s participation:
Rehearsal Times: (During School)

Wednesday, February 21, 2017 1:30pm, MPR
Program Times: (Parents Welcome)

Dress:
Please use these guidelines when selecting your child’s clothes for our program:
Ms. Raphael: All students should wear all black and white clothing (no shorts or jeans)
Ms. Lutfak: All students should wear all black and white clothing (no shorts or jeans)
Ms. Hinsey: All students should wear all black and white clothing (no shorts or jeans)
Ms. Waller: All student costumes will depend on the role each student plays. While some items are provided, we might ask for something specific for their role. Please see your student’s script!
Mr. Ramos: All students should wear all black and white clothing (no shorts or jeans)
